We are an education focused salon. HUE people must have a strong work ethic while also being open to consistent coaching and training throughout your career.
- Structured Stylist Training Program
- 3-5 salon education events per year with a national L’Oreal Professionnel Educators
- Bi-monthly product knowledge classes
- Quarterly education classes based on individual stylist techniques and creative needs.
We are a performance based salon. We promote based on goals, not seniority or how long someone has been doing hair.
