Specializing in blonding techniques, gray blending hair color, and timeless color looks, Tess finds balance between precision, movement, and texture in her work. With a background in art and a reputation for being meticulous, she brings a detail-oriented approach to every custom color she creates.

As Co-Owner and Director of Education at Hue Salon, Tess leads one of the most advanced stylist training programs in Houston. In addition to mentoring the next generation of stylists here at Hue, she is also an educator for L’Oréal Professionnel, sharing her deep knowledge of color theory, formulation, and technique with salons across Texas.
